Founding Product Engineer

Tivara is building AI agents that handle all of the behind-the-scenes work for large specialty clinics, allowing their doctors to deliver lifesaving care faster. As a supply-constrained company, your work will be critical to accelerating growth.

As a Founding Product Engineer, you will own entire features across the stack and be one of the first hires reporting to the CTO. The role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact, with your work directly unlocking millions in revenue pipeline.

The tech stack includes React, TypeScript, Node.js, Tailwind, Docker, and PostgreSQL, with extensive use of cutting-edge LLMs in production. Prior experience with this specific stack is not required.

The company is led by technical co-founders Tej (CEO) and Aumesh (CTO), who have been friends since college. Aumesh brings experience from Microsoft and helped scale Compound (YC S19) to over $2B AUM. Tej previously grew revenues 10x at Fair Square (YC W20) and helped achieve Series A funding and profitability.
