Founding Product Engineer

Tivara is building AI agents that handle all of the behind-the-scenes work for large specialty clinics, allowing their doctors to deliver lifesaving care faster. As a Founding Product Engineer, you'll be one of the first hires reporting to the CTO, owning entire features across the stack.

The company is a two-person team backed by leading VCs, well capitalized, and growing fast. They're looking for high-energy teammates who support their mission of making high-quality healthcare a frictionless experience.

The tech stack includes React, TypeScript, Node.js, Tailwind, Docker, and PostgreSQL. They experiment with cutting-edge LLMs and use most in production for different use cases. Prior experience with this specific stack is not required.

The interview process includes:

1. 15-minute chat with CEO
2. 45-minute technical resume deep-dive and schema design exercise
3. Take-home assignment
4. 1-hour take-home review & coding challenge
5. Paid work trial

The founders, Tej (CEO) and Aumesh (CTO), have strong technical backgrounds. Aumesh was previously at Microsoft and Compound (YC S19), helping scale to over $2B AUM. Tej grew revenues 10x at Fair Square (W20) and helped raise Series A.
