Systems Engineer

Total Systems Technologies Corporation (TSTC) is seeking a Full-Time Systems Engineer for an immediate opportunity. The ideal candidate will work independently and as part of a cross-functional team supporting an established and growing mission. The role requires quickly understanding complex technical concepts, making assessments, and articulating recommendations to the customer.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the process of building or documenting discovery and automation tools
• Creating enablers and communicating with multidisciplinary teams
• Planning, coordinating, and managing systems engineering activities
• Providing support to various projects following software application development lifecycle processes
• Participating in architectural forums and architecture development efforts
• Providing in-depth analysis to identify gaps within systems

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, sciences, or related field
• 3-5 years of systems engineering experience
• An active Top Secret Security Clearance (SCI eligible)
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
