This position is based in Costa Mesa, California, and requires at least 2 years of professional software development experience. Responsibilities For Software Developer
- Design, develop, test, and deploy web and desktop applications for race analytics, simulation, and team operations
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into software tools
- Integrate with real-time and historical motorsports data feeds, databases, and internal APIs
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team retrospectives
- Support application performance and reliability during live events
- Stay current with industry trends and improve tools and development practices
Requirements For Software Developer
- 2+ years of professional experience in software development
- Proficiency with modern programming languages such as JavaScript & TypeScript
- Experience with web frameworks (React & Angular)
- Experience using command-line tools for debugging and supporting cloud-hosted web applications
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
- Experience working with databases (SQL)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (preferred)
- Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum team setting
