The role focuses on spearheading a major redesign initiative for a widely-used gift card discovery platform, working with a leading digital transformation partner that serves major clients across finance, media, healthcare, retail, and tech industries.
The position requires an experienced React developer with strong leadership capabilities to drive the front-end vision of a significant digital transformation project. The primary focus will be on enhancing mobile usability, implementing native features, and improving user engagement through an enhanced interface. The role demands expertise in modern front-end technologies including React, Redux, Tailwind CSS, Storybook, and testing frameworks like Jest.
As a Lead Front-End Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading the reskin, rebrand, and UX redesign of a major digital gift card application, ensuring WCAG-compliant accessibility, and maintaining high code quality standards. - Lead the reskin, rebrand, and UX redesign of a major digital gift card application
- Integrate the gift experience as a native component within a broader fintech platform
- Improve digital setup, customer activation flow, and overall engagement strategy
- Build scalable UI components with Storybook and Tailwind CSS
- Ensure WCAG-compliant accessibility across all features
- Maintain high code quality with React Testing Library and Jest
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams

Requirements For Lead Front-End Engineer (React) – Digital Products
- 5+ years of front-end development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Expert-level proficiency with React & Redux
