Lead Front-End Engineer (React) – Digital Products

Truelogic, a New York-based leader in nearshore staff augmentation, is seeking a Lead Front-End Engineer to spearhead a major redesign initiative for a prominent gift card discovery platform. The position requires an experienced React developer with strong leadership capabilities to drive the front-end vision of a significant digital transformation project. The primary focus will be on enhancing mobile usability, implementing native features, and improving user engagement through an enhanced interface. The role demands expertise in modern front-end technologies including React, Redux, Tailwind CSS, Storybook, and testing frameworks like Jest.

As a Lead Front-End Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading the complete reskin, rebrand, and UX redesign of a digital gift card application while ensuring WCAG-compliant accessibility and maintaining high performance standards. You'll work in a distributed team environment, collaborating with design, product, and backend teams across different regions.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of front-end development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong communication skills and experience working with distributed teams are essential, as you'll be interfacing with various stakeholders and team members across time zones.
