Responsibilities For Senior Frontend Engineer
- Designing, developing, and deploying robust and intuitive user-facing web applications using React and TypeScript
- Collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create seamless user experiences
- Optimizing frontend performance, accessibility, and infrastructure to ensure responsiveness and reliability
- Engage in architectural discussions, providing insights and recommendations on frontend best practices
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, promoting a culture of technical excellence
- Participate proactively in team planning, strategy sessions, and code reviews
Requirements For Senior Frontend Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of deep frontend development experience, specifically with React and TypeScript
- Strong track record building scalable, maintainable, and performant user interfaces
- Experience working closely with backend technologies; familiarity with Django and Django REST Framework is a significant plus
- Experience with frontend infrastructure, performance monitoring, and optimization
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, take ownership, and drive projects forward independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for mentoring, pair programming, and raising the bar for the entire engineering team
