Description For Wealth Workflow Software Engineer III

Truist, a major financial services company formed by the merger of BB&T and SunTrust, is seeking a Wealth Workflow Software Engineer III to join their team. This senior-level position offers an opportunity to work on complex technical solutions within their Fiduciary Wealth Workflow platform.

The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, requiring expertise in software integration, system design, and implementation of enterprise-scale solutions. You'll be working with modern technologies including cloud platforms, SOA architectures, and workflow systems like Pega and IFS iPipeline solutions.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll lead moderately complex projects while mentoring junior team members. The position involves close collaboration with business product owners to understand requirements and provide technical solutions. You'll be responsible for developing customized code, implementing security controls, and ensuring robust monitoring capabilities.

The ideal candidate should have 6-10 years of experience, strong knowledge of relational databases, messaging systems, and modern development tools.   • Deliver technically complex solutions within the Fiduciary Wealth Workflow platform
  • Perform system integration support for project work
  • Consult with business product owners to understand goals and offer solutions
  • Develop customized coding and software integration
  • Lead and participate in development, testing, implementation of complex solutions
  • Build non-functional monitoring capabilities
  • Maintain security controls and monitoring

Requirements For Wealth Workflow Software Engineer III

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6-10 years of experience or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge in information systems
  • Understanding of key business processes
  • Ability to plan and manage projects
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Strong understanding of SOA and API methodologies
  • Knowledge of relational database design
