They're currently seeking a talented Business Engineer to join their team in a fully remote capacity.

Responsibilities For Business Engineer

  • Build end-to-end systems for lead capture, qualification, routing, onboarding, and re-engagement
  • Design data pipelines for internal and external sources integration
  • Implement AI-powered automation using LLMs for personalization and lead scoring
  • Integrate CRMs, email platforms, and support software using APIs and webhooks
  • Optimize GTM workflows and automate manual processes
  • Build dashboards, reports, and alerting systems for funnel health monitoring

Requirements For Business Engineer

Python
  • 3+ years in data engineering with focus on working with GTM teams
  • Experience automating GTM or customer-facing processes
  • Strong grasp of CRM platforms and customer lifecycle flows
  • Comfort working with enrichment tools
  • Experience with AI tools, LLMs, or prompt-based automations
  • Hands-on experience with no-code / low-code tools such as Pipedream
  • Knowledge of scripting in Python for API calls and data processing
  • Strong ownership and system design skills
