Twilio is seeking a Staff Analytics Engineer to join their GTM Data Solutions & Insights team in a remote position based in Ontario, Canada. This role is crucial for advancing the quality, reliability, and strategic value of Twilio's Go-To-Market (GTM) data by designing and maintaining a robust business data layer for sales analytics and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in analytics engineering or related fields, with deep expertise in SQL and dbt.   • Design and implement a formal business data layer in Snowflake and dbt
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and maintain alignment on key business metrics
  • Develop and maintain automated data reconciliation and quality checks
  • Mentor and guide members of the data science and analytics team
  • Lead investigations into complex data anomalies and conduct root cause analysis

Requirements For Staff, Analytics Engineer

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related discipline
  • Advanced expertise in SQL and hands-on experience with dbt
