The role involves collaborating with the artist to understand their vision, providing expert guidance on song arrangements and production techniques, conducting professional-grade tracking sessions, producing and refining tracks to achieve the desired grunge and hard rock sound, and mixing tracks using both analog and digital techniques.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the artist to understand their vision for the album

• Producing and refining the recorded tracks to achieve the desired grunge and hard rock sound
• Mixing the tracks using both analog and digital techniques to create a cohesive album sound

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior music producer and engineer, with a strong portfolio in grunge and hard rock genres
• Extensive knowledge of analog console operation and analog recording techniques
• Proficiency in modern digital audio workstations and production software
• Demonstrated ability to produce, mix, and master professional-quality recordings
• Strong ear for music arrangement and production aesthetics in the grunge and hard rock styles
