Responsibilities For Senior Frontend Engineer
- Write clean, and reusable code following best practices
- Lead and influence technical design, architecture and development of digital projects
- Work with Engineering Managers, Leads and Product Managers to define technical scope
- Set up software development frameworks for release management and automation
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other engineers
- Keep up to date on emerging technologies and trends in sports technology
- Be present in London office 2 days a week with occasional travel to other offices
Requirements For Senior Frontend Engineer
- Minimum 5+ years experience in software engineering
- High proficiency in TypeScript, React and Next.js with Node.js experience
- Experience in CI/CD environment using Circle CI, GitHub actions or Azure DevOps
- DevOps and platform engineering culture knowledge
- Experience in agile development practices and test automation
- Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Data Dog, Sentry
- Strong focus on application performance
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience building high traffic systems (desired)
