Machine Learning Engineer (f/m/x)

As a Machine Learning Engineer based in Zürich, you'll join our ML team of three ML Engineers and an MLOps Engineer. You'll be instrumental in researching, developing, and deploying cutting-edge NLP algorithms that directly impact our product and business success. Working directly with enterprise customers, you'll gain invaluable insights into their needs and challenges, using these insights to develop tailored solutions that optimize workflows and boost productivity.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A computer science degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML algorithms
• Strong Python programming skills with emphasis on clean, production-ready code
• Deep knowledge of ML techniques, particularly in NLP and LLMs
• Familiarity with cloud systems (AWS preferred) and container technologies
• A collaborative mindset and positive attitude towards client interaction
