Lead .NET Engineer

Ubiminds, a GPTW-certified company, is seeking a Lead .NET Engineer to drive the technical modernization of their client's Talent 2 Opportunity (T2O) platform. You'll be instrumental in transforming a monolithic system into microservices, working alongside two teams to refactor, containerize, and deploy ASP.NET Core services into Amazon EKS.

The position demands strong technical leadership in defining architecture and coding standards, particularly in containerization and CI/CD practices for .NET 6+ applications. You'll spearhead the implementation of event-driven architecture using Amazon Event Bridge and manage private NuGet packages for internal libraries. The role combines hands-on development with mentorship, as you'll guide two Senior .NET Engineers while serving as the primary technical liaison between project management and development teams.
