You'll be responsible for triaging customer workflow issues, driving platform adoption, and serving as a crucial link between customers and various internal teams. Responsibilities For Support Engineer

  • Resolve, triage, or escalate customer workflow issues
  • Drive retention and increase adoption of Union
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Solutions teams
  • Collaborate on customer-facing documentation
  • Represent customer voice in product design
  • Learn and contribute to Flyte open-source workflow system
  • Educate technical users on Union products
  • Own meeting support KPIs and SLAs
  • Maintain communication with customers

Requirements For Support Engineer

  • 3+ years of Data or Software Engineering background
  • Strong Python programming skills
  • Experience with public cloud technologies and containers
  • Customer support experience with infrastructure products
  • Experience with ML/MLOps solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Familiarity with data processing and ML systems
  • Knowledge of distributed systems fundamentals
