This role focuses on managing AI and ML applications for Cross Border logistics, with emphasis on MLOps and generative AI technologies. Responsibilities For Lead Machine Learning Engineer – MLOps, VertexAI, LLMs, GenAI, ML Model Management
- Lead development and deployment of generative AI solutions using LLMs, SLMs, and FMs
- Architect and implement robust infrastructure for training and serving AI models
- Drive fine-tuning and adaptation of pre-trained models
- Develop and implement prompt engineering strategies
- Manage lifecycle of deployed models including production support
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
- Ensure responsible and ethical AI development
- Document technical designs and implementation details
- Troubleshoot and resolve model performance issues
Requirements For Lead Machine Learning Engineer – MLOps, VertexAI, LLMs, GenAI, ML Model Management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying ML models
- Experience with managing and fine-tuning LLMs, SLMs, and foundation models
- Significant hands-on experience with prompt engineering
- Experience with Google Cloud's Vertex AI platform
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with cloud computing platforms
- Understanding of machine learning principles
- Experience with MLOps practices and CI/CD
- Experience with version control systems
