Description For Senior Applications Developer - Angular .NET

UPS, a Fortune Global 500 company and global leader in logistics, is seeking a Senior Applications Developer to join their team working on the UPS Supply Chain Symphony™ platform. This cloud-based solution integrates key supply chain components into a unified platform. The role involves working with Angular frontend and .NET 8 backend, using micro frontend and microservices architecture hosted on Microsoft Azure. The position is based in Chennai with a hybrid work arrangement.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while following SAFe Agile methodology. Key responsibilities include implementing micro frontend and microservices solutions, managing Azure-hosted applications, participating in Agile ceremonies, and mentoring junior developers.

The role requires expertise in Angular, .NET 8, Azure cloud services, and DevOps practices.
