Senior Software Engineer, Onboarding Experience

The Onboarding Experience team is dedicated to creating a seamless loan application process that allows customers to quickly and easily complete all steps required to fund their loan. This team focuses on our flagship product, Personal Loans, and directly impacts growth by reducing friction for applicants and improving operations efficiency.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be expected to:

• Lead cross-team and multi-quarter projects
• Make architectural decisions to improve software reliability
• Turn team projects into opportunities to uplevel the tech platform
• Move quickly on existing and greenfield projects
• Help build the engineering team culture

You'll be working in a digital-first environment with the flexibility to work remotely or from offices in San Mateo, Columbus, or Austin. The team operates on East/West coast time zones and meets in person 1-2 times per quarter for 2-4 days of collaboration.
