The position requires a seasoned professional with 10+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in full-stack development using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, JavaScript, and related technologies, along with strong leadership capabilities to drive technical projects from conception to delivery.
As a Senior Full Stack Developer/Engineering Lead, you'll be responsible for architecting and building robust applications that serve hundreds of internal users. Your work will focus on creating user-driven applications that automate operations, streamline workflows, and support regulatory and risk reporting across the business. The role involves close collaboration with operations teams, data teams, and senior stakeholders to shape critical systems.

Responsibilities For Senior Full Stack Developer / Engineering Lead – .NET & JavaScript
- Design and build robust full-stack applications using the Microsoft stack
- Architect and develop dynamic, configurable web-based platforms for internal business users
- Implement data visualization and reporting tools
- Create APIs and background services for real-time processing and automation
- Build UI components with Bootstrap, HTML/CSS, and drag-and-drop functionality
- Integrate tools with Outlook and Exchange for advanced email workflow automation
- Ensure all solutions are well-tested, version-controlled, and auditable
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support product rollouts, user training, and continuous improvement cycles
Requirements For Senior Full Stack Developer / Engineering Lead – .NET & JavaScript
- 10+ years in software engineering with experience across the full stack
- Deep hands-on expertise with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, JavaScript, EF
- Experience building internal platforms or tools used by non-technical business users
- Strong frontend skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, D3.js or similar libraries
- Experience with MongoDB, SQL Server, and data-driven applications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange / Outlook integration
