Sr. Wordpress Developer

VAP Group, a leader in Web3 and AI consulting, is seeking a skilled Sr. WordPress Developer to join their team in Pune, India. This full-time, on-site role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in WordPress development.

As a Sr. WordPress Developer at VAP Group, you'll be at the forefront of shaping digital landscapes using blockchain technology and artificial intelligence. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing responsive WordPress websites, customizing themes and plugins, and ensuring optimal site performance and security.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop responsive WordPress websites
• Customize themes and plugins
• Manage WordPress installations using Wp-CLI commands
• Work with popular page builders (Elementor, Beaver Builder, Divi, WP Bakery)
• Implement WooCommerce and other e-commerce extensions
• Manage WordPress multisite
• Focus on website optimization

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a WordPress Developer
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, React)
• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies (PHP, Python, Node.js, Ruby)
• Experience with MySQL database optimization
• In-depth understanding of WordPress core architecture
• Strong SEO knowledge and implementation skills
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma)
