Responsibilities For Senior Validation Engineer, Autonomous Vehicles
- Plan and draft test plan, conduct rigorous test with system engineers
- Design and maintain comprehensive test cases for autonomous software modules
- Validate software feature code pull requests and branches
- Conduct software testing to validate new features and access overall system level integration
- Develop and maintain the testing infrastructure
- Write and present detailed test reports
- Document and track defects using Jira and Zephyr
- Ensure compatibility of new features across diverse client environments
- Lead & train team members and stakeholders on effective testing processes and tools
Requirements For Senior Validation Engineer, Autonomous Vehicles
- Master/bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Robotics, or related fields
- 5+ years in validation engineering in autonomous vehicle or robotics industry
- Strong proficiency in Jira, Zephyr, and Atlassian suite
- Extensive experience with Linux and Docker environments
- Expertise in Robot Operating System (ROS)
- Familiarity with software validation pipelines in CI/CD framework
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash)
- Proven ability to analyze complex technical challenges
