Description For AEM Developer

VERB Interactive is seeking an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join their team. As an AEM Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AEM solutions for global clients in the travel and hospitality industry. You'll work on exciting projects for some of the world's biggest destinations, resorts, and travel brands.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and customizing AEM components, templates, workflows, and services
  • Implementing integrations with third-party systems using AEM APIs
  • Collaborating with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into AEM components
  • Optimizing and troubleshooting AEM performance and scalability issues
  • Conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to junior developers
  • Staying current with AEM best practices and industry trends

Responsibilities For AEM Developer

  • Develop and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and services

Requirements For AEM Developer

Java
JavaScript
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience developing web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with AEM development tools such as Apache Sling, Sightly, and CRXDE
  • Familiarity with AEM architecture, including OSGi bundles, sling servlets, and JCR repository
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM is a plus
