Solutions Engineer

Verkada, the largest cloud-based B2B physical security platform company globally, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to enhance the customer experience from proof-of-concept to final decision. This role involves providing pre-sales engineering support, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, and designing technical solutions.

As a Solutions Engineer at Verkada, you'll be part of a fast-paced environment, working with cutting-edge technology. Your responsibilities will include being the technical advisor to key stakeholders such as CTOs, CISOs, and IT Executives, understanding and navigating customer requirements, collaborating with the Sales team to assess opportunities, leading product demonstrations, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, solid understanding of networking concepts, excellent communication skills, and experience with IT infrastructure.
