Description For Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer - Algorithm Optimization Analyst

Via is revolutionizing transportation globally through technology. As a Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer specializing in Algorithm Optimization, you'll adapt and investigate algorithmic logic for Via's products, aligning them with client objectives. This hands-on role requires patience and a can-do attitude to solve customer and partner concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Address algorithmic issues and troubleshoot complex systems
  • Collaborate with researchers, developers, analysts, and product managers
  • Configure algorithmic logic for Via's services
  • Lead support know-how and issue resolution
  • Work with R&D, Partner Success, and operations teams on customer escalations
  • Track and improve SLAs & KPIs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of technical support experience
  • Hands-on experience with Linux and other operating systems
  • Scripting skills in Bash/Python for management and automation
  • Experience in Cloud & SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with AWS, Jenkins, Coralogix, SQL
  • Multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and process orientation
  • Excellent communication skills and creativity in problem-solving
  • Fast learner passionate about new technologies
