VML Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Magento Support Engineer to join their team in Porto. This role is critical in the day-to-day operation and management of multiple clients' ecommerce services. As part of a wider Operations team, you'll be responsible for delivery and support across various technology stacks and ecommerce platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong Magento knowledge, server administration skills, and experience with web technologies. You'll be performing daily checks, resolving incidents, and providing guidance to team members. Key responsibilities include proactive problem-solving, customer communication, and participation in system upgrades and deployments.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a customer service orientation. Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and Magento certifications are a plus.

Salary range: €40,000 - €50,000 EUR
