Walmart is expanding its operations with a new state-of-the-art milk processing facility in Robinson, Texas, scheduled to begin operations in 2026. This role combines technical expertise in automation with leadership responsibilities, overseeing the facility's automated control systems and team members.

As an Automation Supervisor, you'll be responsible for programming and maintaining sophisticated control systems including robotics, PLCs, and HMI interfaces. The position requires deep technical knowledge of industrial automation systems like Allen Bradley, Rockwell, and Siemens, combined with the ability to lead and train team members.

The facility will serve over 750 Walmart stores and Sam's Clubs throughout Texas and neighboring states, processing various milk products under Walmart's private labels. This represents a significant investment in Walmart's supply chain infrastructure and commitment to working with local dairy farmers.
