Responsibilities For Director, Software Engineering
- Lead innovation: Drive the development of scalable software solutions that enhance inventory management, improve forecasting accuracy, and streamline operations

- Collaborate strategically: Work closely with stakeholders, engineers, and business leaders to ensure seamless implementation

Requirements For Director, Software Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of total experience in technology with a minimum of 4 years in people management role
- Previous hands on experience in Software Engineering
- Experience in systems design and architecture
- Experience leading large-scale, globally distributed teams in an agile environment
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and international environment
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
