Responsibilities For Principal, Software Engineer - MLE, People.AI
- Design and develop LLM-powered intelligent applications
- Build and integrate enterprise-grade conversational agents and AI copilots
- Leverage state-of-the-art LLMs and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
- Enhance clarity and readability of generated knowledge Q&A
- Build developer-friendly tools and reusable frameworks
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers
- Act as a platform enabler and technical collaborator
Requirements For Principal, Software Engineer - MLE, People.AI
- Expert-level proficiency in Python or Java
- 8+ years of industry experience
- Experience with end-to-end ML systems
- Deep experience in Linux-based development environments
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or Azure)
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Proficiency in version control with Git
- Understanding of core machine learning principles
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
