  • Lead the creation and maintenance of technical architecture
  • Architect complex software systems ensuring performance, security, and scalability
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices
  • Conduct research to identify emerging tools and methodologies
  • Define project scopes, milestones, and deliverables
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders

Requirements For (USA) Senior Distinguished I, Software Engineer

Kubernetes
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 7 years' experience, OR 9 years' experience in software engineering
  • Extensive experience in design, development, and delivery of software products
  • Strong track record in architect role with large-scale software development
  • Understanding of distributed technologies, public cloud, ML platforms, NLU, Generative AI
  • Strong skills in Data Modeling of complex domains
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams
  • Business acumen combining technical vision with business insights
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and WCAG 2.2 AA standards (preferred)
  • Master's degree in computer science or related field and 5 years' experience (preferred)
