Responsibilities For Senior Software Engineer in Test
- Create and execute test cases for complex feature enhancements
- Make decisions about test coverage for new features
- Determine feature/release sign-off based on team's best-practices
- Execute and build automated tests
- Provide documentation of new features and requirements
- Take ownership of regression testing and release testing coordination
- Review automated test run results, triage failures and verify results
- Organize test case inventories
Requirements For Senior Software Engineer in Test
- 6-9 years of experience in automation testing, regression testing, UI/API testing
- Experience driving test design and implementation
- Ability to write high quality and stable automated test cases
- Understanding of test cases, test data, test runs, and results management
- Effective collaboration with development teams across multiple time zones
- Experience with JavaScript/Java
- Experience with Selenium/Appium
- Experience with Mobile Automation (Android/iOS)
- Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins/Github Actions)
- Experience with GitHub/SVN
- Experience with Jira/TestRail
