Staff Software Engineer - Fullstack, MSC Team - Bangalore

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Core Streaming products group for Direct-2-Consumer business. This role is part of the Content Systems Engineering (MSC) team, which builds applications and services powering WBD's content supply chain. The position offers an opportunity to work on video streaming Mobile & OTT applications for the Discovery Plus platform, handling everything from search and cataloging to video streaming and personalization.

The ideal candidate will have 9-13 years of full-stack development experience, with strong expertise in Node.js, GoLang, and modern front-end frameworks like React. They should be experienced in working with MongoDB, relational databases, and Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming. The role requires both technical excellence and leadership skills, as you'll be mentoring junior developers and making high-impact decisions about software architecture and development.
