Software Engineer (Backend)

As a Backend Engineer at Warp, you'll be at the forefront of developing crucial payroll infrastructure and product features. The role demands someone who can build performant, reliable, and fault-tolerant systems capable of processing billions of dollars globally. You'll work directly with the CTO and CEO, having significant ownership as the company redesigns its tech stack and scales 10x in the next year.

The ideal candidate should have a deep love for programming, obsess over details, and be product-minded with an emphasis on end-user experience. You'll need strong expertise in modern programming languages (especially strongly typed ones), experience with complex codebases, and knowledge of modern infrastructure and deployment methods.
