Software Engineer I

In this role, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions, working with either Frontend or Backend technologies (or both for full-stack enthusiasts). You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to build scalable and performant applications while having the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and drive best practices.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $135,000, along with an impressive benefits package including full medical and dental coverage, unlimited PTO, equity, and a 401k with immediate vesting. The fully remote work environment provides flexibility, though the team meets in person several times a year to maintain strong collaboration.

For Frontend specialists, you'll work with React, TypeScript, and modern design libraries, while Backend specialists will focus on C#/.NET, GraphQL, and database management. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Experience with AWS, DevOps practices, or full-stack development is a plus.
