Senior Software Engineer, Structure

Webflow is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Structure team in a remote position available in the United States and select Canadian provinces (BC & ON). This role is crucial in enabling Webflow's mission to bring development superpowers to everyone through their Website Experience Platform (WXP).

The position focuses on how Webflow renders and models site data, including HTML Elements and Components. As a key member of the Structure team, you'll be responsible for building new Element and Component capabilities and supporting full-stack internal renderer frameworks. The role requires strong technical expertise in web development, with particular emphasis on Node.js, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.

The compensation is highly competitive, with base salary ranges from $150,100 to $207,100 USD for US-based employees, varying by geographic zone. Canadian employees (BC & ON) can expect CAD 171,000 - CAD 235,600. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience shipping features and products, with a focus on web frameworks.
