Senior Software Engineer | CODE

Wellhub (formerly Gympass) is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer for their CODE team - Challenges & Gamification Squad in Brazil. As part of the Consumer Digital Experience division, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining Wellhub's App, backend services, and working on creating engaging products to make users have more fun using Wellhub Services. The role involves working with health data platforms like AppleHealth and Google Health to facilitate user health data sharing across the Wellhub ecosystem.

The position requires a passionate developer who can deliver high-quality work, lead architectural decisions, and mentor less experienced team members. You'll be working in a highly collaborative, agile environment, interacting with product teams and business stakeholders. The role demands strong technical expertise in backend development, particularly with languages like Go, Kotlin, or Java, and extensive experience with AWS cloud services, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
