Senior Software Engineer | CODE

Wellhub (formerly Gympass) is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer for their CODE team - Challenges & Gamification Squad in Brazil. As part of the Consumer Digital Experience (CODE) team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining Wellhub's App, backend services, and working closely with product, UX, and data teams. The role focuses on creating engaging products and integrating with health data platforms to enhance user experience.

The position requires a passionate developer with 5+ years of experience who can deliver high-quality work, lead architectural decisions, and mentor team members. You'll work in a highly collaborative, agile environment, taking ownership of critical features and ensuring code quality standards. The tech stack includes Go, Java, Kotlin, and various AWS services, along with experience in event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
