Software Quality Assurance Engineer II, Connectivity

WHOOP is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer II specializing in Connectivity to join our team in Boston, MA. This hybrid role requires working from the Boston office 4 days per week, offering a balance between in-person collaboration and remote flexibility. As a mid-level position, we're looking for candidates with around 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, particularly in connectivity-related projects.

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of WHOOP's connectivity features, which are crucial for our wearable technology products. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to design and implement comprehensive test strategies, automate testing processes, and identify and report bugs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing test plans for connectivity features
• Creating and maintaining automated test scripts
• Conducting thorough manual testing when necessary
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Participating in code reviews and providing feedback on testability
• Continuously improving QA processes and methodologies
