WillowTree, a TELUS International Company, is seeking a Growth Engineer to join our team. As a Growth Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in empowering Fortune 500 companies' digital transformation goals through improved mobile technology capabilities. Your expertise will be integral to the end-to-end creation, evolution, and user experience of world-class digital products.
In this role, you'll conduct discovery engagements to determine optimal marketing tech stacks, lead complex integrations across various client apps and tools, and create technical documentation for engineers. You'll drive client success by determining project scopes, communicating with stakeholders, and aligning technology with business goals. Your responsibilities will include training clients on mobile growth stacks, leading marketing service engagements, and developing relationships with mobile technology vendors.
The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree with 2 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in a client-facing marketing strategy or account management role. You should have a proven track record of leading multi-phase projects, mentoring diverse teams, and possessing excellent communication skills. Advanced knowledge of data-driven marketing practices, experience with analytics and reporting tools, and familiarity with mobile growth tools are essential.

Responsibilities For Growth Engineer
- Conduct discovery engagements to determine a client's optimal marketing tech stack
- Lead complex business/technical integrations across a variety of client apps and tools
- Create technical documentation for engineers
- Drive ongoing client success and satisfaction
- Train clients on how to use their mobile growth stack and advise on best practices
- Lead ongoing marketing service engagements, outcomes-based analytics, and data reporting
- Calibrate technology platforms to align with business metrics
- Resolve a wide range of customer needs
- Develop relationships with mobile technology vendors
Requirements For Growth Engineer
- Masters Degree with 2 years of experience or a Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience in a client-facing marketing strategy role or account management role
- Experience successfully developing and leading multi-phase projects with various stakeholders
- Experience leading diverse teams and mentoring staff
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience with effective reporting: analytics, attribution, ad serving, CDPs and CRMs, push, email marketing, social media
- Advanced knowledge of data-driven marketing practices
- Proven success in planning and deploying integrated digital marketing campaigns
- Experience integrating with data warehouses and BI tools
- Knowledge of various mobile growth tools
