Key responsibilities include daily performance monitoring, solving technical challenges, proactive site contact, root cause analysis, and collaborating with internal teams globally. The successful candidate will have at least a diploma, excellent English and Mandarin skills, with experience in customer support and ITIL Foundation being ideal.
