Responsibilities For AI Developer – GTM Productivity & Enablement
- Design and Build Agentic Workflows using Gemini, Glean, ChatGPT
- Create and refine high-quality prompts for sales scenarios
- Partner with teams to map and re-architect manual GTM processes using AI tools
- Develop AI-based automations for field productivity optimization
- Enable AI usage across multiple platforms ensuring secure deployment
- Track adoption and measure impact of deployed AI agents
- Define standards for prompt architecture and establish AI governance principles
- Serve as internal evangelist for AI in GTM
Requirements For AI Developer – GTM Productivity & Enablement
- 3-5+ years in AI development, machine learning, or agentic systems design
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or GTM-related environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, Notion, Gong, and other GTM tech stack tools
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience building agentic workflows and custom AI assistants
- Deep understanding of SaaS GTM motions and sales stages
- Proven ability in prompt engineering
