Founding Engineer

Wordware is building an IDE for Natural Language Programming, targeting millions of AI Engineers coming to the market in the next 5 years. As a Founding Engineer, you'll be responsible for crafting the architecture, establishing technical standards, full-stack coding, DevOps mastery, product vision, UX flows, and customer support. You'll be working with a cutting-edge tech stack including Typescript, Next.js, React, SST serverless on AWS/Cloudflare, TipTap with Y.js for collaborative editing, and integrating various LLMs. The role requires 4+ years of engineering experience, strong technical skills, ownership, adaptability, and a passion for startup environments.
