Full-Stack Developer - ShareGate

Workleap is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join their ShareGate team in a fully remote position based in Canada. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on rebuilding a critical application, replacing legacy systems while ensuring seamless user transitions.

The position combines backend development using C# and .NET with frontend work in React and TypeScript, all while leveraging modern cloud technologies including Azure, Kubernetes, and MongoDB. You'll be joining a newly formed squad consisting of 2-3 developers, a Product Manager, a Product Designer, and a Manager, with room for growth to 4 developers.

What makes this role unique is its emphasis on focused work with minimal meetings - just one Monday morning alignment, with most collaboration happening asynchronously via Slack or Discord. This setup provides the perfect environment for deep, uninterrupted development work.

The main challenge ahead involves replacing an existing application burdened with technical debt. Success in this role requires not only technical expertise but also strong problem-solving abilities and a keen understanding of user needs. You'll be involved in every aspect of product development, from solution discussions to technical decisions and feature shipping.
