.NET Platform Software Engineer

XA Group is seeking a remote .NET Software Engineer to work on automotive software technology stack for enterprise-level clients and lead best-in-class engineering teams. This role offers an opportunity to work in multidisciplinary teams on global projects that shape the future of automotive technology.

The ideal candidate must be a .NET Software Engineer with Azure Expertise, having 5+ years of experience with multiple Azure .NET technologies. They will be responsible for the technical implementation of business objectives and establishing partnerships within technical leadership at XA Group.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ownership over AI, IoT, .NET and Analytics microservices and their SLAs
• Participating in the entire software development life cycle, from requirements to SLA
• Analyzing system requirements and creating development plans
• Writing clean, testable code using .NET programming languages
• Developing technical specifications and architecture
• Testing and debugging various .NET applications
• Reviewing and refactoring code
• Deploying fully functional applications
• Upgrading existing programs
• Supporting junior developers' work
• Documenting development and operational procedures
• Data governance & API governance

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in .NET software development
• Proficiency in building .NET microservices used in API/SDK first and headless fashion & event-based architecture
• In-depth knowledge of at least one .NET language (like C# and Visual Basic .NET)
• Familiarity with database technologies and design of systems using structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies, preferably Azure
• Familiarity with agile environments
• Strong troubleshooting abilities
• Good communication skills with English level: Upper-Intermediate+ (B2+)
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field

Nice to have: Experience with Node.js and PHP
