Description For Low Code Engineer (SnapLogic)

As part of the People Systems team, you'll be crucial in developing and maintaining integrations across Xero's internal systems and 3rd parties. You'll work with leading SaaS products, focusing on low-code SaaS IDEs like SnapLogic and Workday Studio. Collaborating across departments and geographies, you'll interact with technical leads and key business stakeholders in HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT. Success means happy stakeholders and world-class execution of change. You'll need expertise in low-code platforms, excellent stakeholder skills, and strong analytical abilities. Responsibilities For Low Code Engineer (SnapLogic)

  • Ensure key collaboration and change control processes are followed and carried out in an efficient manner
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand, communicate and document process, workflows, requirements and solutions
  • Develop a clear understanding of the tools and leverage them to deliver high standard integration deliverables
  • Define, manage, and schedule work with external teams to unblock dependencies as required
  • Contribute to a fun working environment, living Xero's values, and focusing on customer service and delivery

Requirements For Low Code Engineer (SnapLogic)

  • Understanding of low-code development platforms/systems
  • Experience with low code development and relevant SaaS IDEs (Snaplogic, Workday Studio, SOAPUI or Postman)
  • Excellent stakeholder skills
  • Ability to gather, elicit, and document integration processes, workflows, and requirements
  • Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to articulate concepts and outcomes to technical & non-technical audiences
