Senior Technical Program Manager II, Infrastructure, YouTube

As a YouTube (YT) Resource Management Senior Technical Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of YouTube's infrastructure. This position involves leading complex ML and standard compute projects, collaborating with YT engineering teams, and analyzing usage trends. You'll become a subject-matter expert on data-center resource management, providing forecasts and managing supply. Your responsibilities will include developing and evaluating capacity plans, optimizing resource utilization, ensuring efficient procurement and deployment, driving process improvements and infrastructure projects, and maintaining the health of YouTube's infrastructure footprint. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
