Zenvia is seeking a Database Reliability Engineer (DBRE) to join their team in a fully remote position. The position involves working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, implementing infrastructure as code, and ensuring the reliability and performance of database systems that support hundreds of thousands of simultaneous customers and transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP), infrastructure automation tools like Terraform and Ansible, and extensive knowledge of database administration for PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and other database systems.
As a DBRE at Zenvia, you'll be responsible for developing technical projects alongside technology teams, implementing improvements for system availability and scalability, creating automated infrastructure provisioning routines, and working within SRE product squads to maintain and optimize database performance. You'll also play a crucial role in incident resolution, postmortem documentation, and sharing specialized database knowledge across engineering teams.
