[Feature request] Start a discussion from Android device

The feature is only available on web, and it will likely never come to mobile sorry 😞

The complexity of starting a discussion is high due to the Markdown composer and very complicated identity logic. Even Markdown rendering on mobile is very tough and both the Android/iOS implementations have bugs due to shortcomings in the libraries they use. Given the relatively low volume of discussion (3-10 users start one per day), it's hard to commit the mobile resources to add this feature.

Mobile web is functional though, so if you want to do it on mobile, you can do that.

Aside - If theres a better place to post about feature requests / bugs ? I don't want to take away from the career discussions taking place here.
