I was reached out to by a recruiter who was very unprofessional. They kept questioning my experience, as if my resume were fake, after describing the job in one sentence. They searched the wrong company for my current employer on LinkedIn and asked if I knew the CEO and the company's location. I have over 10 years of professional experience and have never encountered such an unprofessional recruiter.

Cons: 1. Before joining, they will contact your previous company. If you are in startups, be prepared, so that you cannot negotiate. 2. If you are working as an SDET, they will also make you work on manual testing. 3. Three managers changed in a year. 4. When it comes to your appraisal, only give 3.3%, even if your performance was good, which is less than the Indian inflation rate. 5. This company is not for SDETs. I joined and made my life's biggest mistake. 6. Managers make false promises while hiring.
