- Very high turnover from soft layoffs through PIPs and subjective review cycles.
- People you work with from your team and others will suddenly no longer be around, with more competition between employees hurting the business through individualistic choices by the more vocal.
Perhaps in a few years, management will learn from Microsoft's "Lost Decade."
