Two phone screens and an online questionnaire asking if I had the relevant education and background for the job. The phone screen included members of other departments too that I would be interacting with and was pretty conversational, albeit impersonal.

Pros: Excellent benefits and quality of life
Cons: Unqualified people are hired to check diversity boxes. Terrible employees continue to keep their jobs. Lots of good people have to work hard to make up for the bad ones. Most groups are chronically short-staffed. The company refuses to pay more for qualified candidates and instead lowers qualifications.
