Supportive Practice, Role Pressure
My last 12 months at the company were very, very good. Being part of the Architecture practice gave me lots of support, relevant training, and roles in which to use these skills.
Sadly, the hierarchy is always under pressure to cut roles. This created a lot of pressure.
Top management should not be so aggressive with hiring if they cannot sustain the roles for the long term.
